Rewardspace is a gaming platform where you can connect your game account and take on performance challenges. Each challenge shows its entry amount, objectives and potential reward before you accept.

Create your account, choose an available game and connect the requested gaming account. Review the mode, entry amount and objectives, then accept the challenge before starting your match.

You must be at least 18 years old, accept the terms of use and meet the eligibility requirements described there. Review those terms before creating your account or joining a challenge.

Yes. Open Profile from the menu below Wallet, edit your username and save. This changes your Rewardspace name, not the identity of your connected gaming accounts.

If you signed up with a password, open Profile and enter your current password and a new one. If you use Google sign-in, manage your password through Google. Email password recovery is not available yet.

Once configured, your Riot, Epic Games or Battle.net account remains linked to your profile and cannot be replaced with another account. If access expires or is revoked, use Reconnect and sign in with that same account.

Use the Google button on the sign-in page when it is available. If you already created a password account with the same email, keep using your password: accounts are not linked automatically by email.

The Games menu in the navigation shows the games currently enabled on Rewardspace. Available modes and challenges appear inside the app. Availability can change, so check the current selection before playing.

Rewardspace checks the supported game data for your connected account against the accepted challenge rules. Play the selected mode and meet every required objective within the displayed deadline. Follow the challenge status in the app while the result is verified.

Game data may take time to become available. Keep an eye on the challenge status and reconnect your account if the app asks you to. If the result seems incorrect, open a support ticket with the challenge details.

Cash challenges show the entry amount and potential reward before you accept. Rewards depend on meeting the challenge rules and having the result verified; they are not guaranteed. Eligible funds and withdrawal options are shown in your wallet.

Open Wallet and choose one of the deposit methods enabled for your account. Follow the payment instructions exactly, including the amount and network where applicable. Your balance updates after the payment or network confirmation is verified.

Request a withdrawal from Wallet using your eligible balance and an available method. The team reviews and processes withdrawal requests, so payment is not instant. Follow the request status and transaction history in your wallet.

Sign in and open Help in the app to create a support ticket. Explain what happened and include the relevant challenge or transaction details. Never send your password, access tokens or private wallet keys.
